Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Policy

Leimert Mountaineering's shipping policy offers standard shipping for domestic orders within the United States, which typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive. Leimert Mountaineering also offers expedited shipping options such as 2-day and overnight shipping for an additional cost. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For international orders, shipping times and fees may vary depending on the destination country. It's important to note that customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged by the destination country. Leimert Mountaineering  offers free standard shipping on domestic orders over $100.

Shipping Details

Most packages are shipped via UPS, FedEx & DHL, our partner carriers. Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of placing your order before being shipped. Orders placed after 2PM EST may not ship until the following business day. With high demand items, your order may be backordered or delayed. You will be notified if there are anticipated delays. When placing your order, it is important to submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and will not be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.

Refunds & Exchanges

Customers can return any unworn and undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, except for international orders which are not eligible for return. Returns received after 30 days but within 60 days of delivery will be eligible for store credit only. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the return, and Leimert Mountaineering reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet their return policy requirements.
